With facilities capable of entertaining up to 125 people, Three Bear Lodge can host all your conference and meeting needs. From incentive trips and meetings to family reunions and wedding receptions, we can make your next event unique.

In the main lodge we have two new conference rooms - the Little Bear and Big Bear complementing the existing lecture/theatre facility in the adjoining "Bears Den".

In addition we have several smaller rooms ideally suited for "break-out" meetings.

We can also supply catered meals and breaks in your meeting room or at our famous restaurant. Our ample breaks and succulent entrees satisfy the most discerning tastes. All the conference rooms have ample parking and “drive-up” access for easy loading and unloading of your materials. So whether your need is for a full package including conference facilities, lodging and tours, or just a comfortable room for an intimate meeting, we have everything you need and more, for hosting a cost effective, successful event in a unique setting.

ROOM CAPACITIES

Capacities provide ample room for AV, presenter table, water stations, and service where applicable. Room rentals may be reduced based upon the Group Room Block or Food and Beverage minimums. Food and beverage catered in the conference rooms or in the Three Bear Restaurant. Free wireless and wired internet access in the Big Bear and Little Bear Conference Rooms. Other breakout meeting rooms available.

Big Bear – Conference Room

The Big Bear Conference Room is located in the main body of the lodge and can comfortably accommodate up to 120 people. This room features state of the art Audio Visual equipment including Bose Sound system, overhead or table mounted projector, 96″ x 96″ Projection screen and the latest flat screen LCD televisions, with cable Television access. It also has wired and wireless internet access. Big Bear has an adjoining small kitchen area and small conference room attached for “break out” meetings.

Little Bear – Conference Room

The “Little Bear” room is perfect for smaller meetings and be set up in a number of different layouts to suit your specific requirements, with a capacity of 55 people. Whether your needs are for a forum setting, a theatre style lecture or a classroom setting, this self contained room can be utilized to handle all your requirements. This room features state of the art Audio Visual equipment including Bose Sound systems, overhead or table mounted projector, 96″ x 96″ Projection screen and the latest flat screen LCD television. It also has cable Television and wired and wireless internet access.

Bear’s Den – Conference Room

The Bears Den conference room seats 125 and is a full theatre setting with commercial projection equipment and ultra surround sound stereo. This is the ideal setting for lectures and professional visual presentations. The building also has a room adjacent to the theatre allowing smaller groups to hold “break out” meetings while still being in close proximity to the main function. This room also has audio/visual capabilities available. The room can be rented on a daily basis from 6:00am to 5:00pm.
