With 70 guest rooms, and 3 conference rooms the Three Bear Lodge can now meet all of your group needs, from small meetings to full conferences. With food from our famous restaurant catered to your function, your guests will never want to leave.
Our Conference Venues are also ideal for your off-site meetings, corporate retreats, lectures, wedding receptions, birthday celebrations, anniversaries and year-end functions.
All our meeting spaces have complimentary Hi Speed wi-fi, high quality audio visual equipment and choice of seating configurations customized to your requirements. Our Conference Service professionals are always on hand to support and assist all meetings and events.

We can also supply catered meals and breaks in your meeting room or at our famous restaurant. Our ample breaks and succulent entrees satisfy the most discerning tastes. All the conference rooms have ample parking and “drive-up” access for easy loading and unloading of your materials. So whether your need is for a full package including conference facilities, lodging and tours, or just a comfortable room for an intimate meeting, we have everything you need and more, for hosting a cost effective, successful event in a unique setting.

ROOM CAPACITIES

Capacities provide ample room for AV, presenter table, water stations, and service where applicable. Room rentals may be reduced based upon the Group Room Block or Food and Beverage minimums. Food and beverage catered in the conference rooms or in the Three Bear Restaurant.  Other breakout meeting rooms available.

Big Bear – Conference Room With over 1200 sq feet of square feet of flexible meeting space, Big Bear is ideal for meetings such as executive meetings, corporate retreats, training sessions, team building events, workshops, & receptions.

Little Bear – Conference Room With large windows providing natural light, this ground level meeting room is perfect for board meetings, photographic groups, interviews and press conferences.

Bear’s Den – Conference Room The Bears Den conference room seats 125 and is a full theatre setting with commercial projection equipment and ultra surround sound stereo. This is the ideal setting for lectures and professional visual presentations. The building also has a room adjacent to the theatre allowing smaller groups to hold “break out” meetings while still being in close proximity to the main function. This room also has audio/visual capabilities available. The room can be rented on a daily basis from 6:00am to 5:00pm.
